ClubSec 1.4 Description

ClubSec is a WIndows based data management tool for club secretaries. If you think there is any product to rival it, check out some of the features listed below and download a free trial version. ClubSec features include: One set of member data with no ambiguity. Simple to back up all you data. Secure log on with five access levels. Excel membership ata importer. RSS newsfeed. Print address labels or contact sheets. Print card wallet labels or any label you define using any type of stationery. Members allocated to Classes for easy changes to default values such as subscription dates. Reminder messages generated by machine or by user. Red flag members for urgent action. Mark records as non-active - allows you to store data on non-members (e.g. entertainers) without affecting your membership statistics. Dedicated screens for all the common membership tasks (new applicants, collecting subs, deceased members, overdue and lapsed members etc) Generate and print membership lists defined by criteria you choose. Contact the list members by email or letter Use the noticeboard to comunicate with the members or display paid advertisements Use the Club Games for your bingo raffles and totes Re-number the membership Lots of top level management information available Counter attempted fraud with financial logs that cannot be amended. Logs also provide valuable finncial accounting data Import and export features allow use of data on multiple PCs and later synchronisation Review panel highlights any queries with stored data Advanced warnings of birthdays, major anniversaries Doorman feature for identifying individuals or vehicles.
