Star Media Catalog is a freeware application that allows you to create a list (catalog) of your entire movie collection so that you can have all of your data regarding your movie collection centralized in o?ne place. Among it's features: automatically extracts detailed information from video files such as compressor, fourcc, resolution, duration, audio format, sample rate and number of audio channels, automatically communicates with the imdb.com server to get detailed movie information such as year, country, genre, rating, plot outline and cast and automatically downloads the poster of the movie if available at imdb.com.
